2024 Artist in Residence Exhibition
Digital artist Martina Fröschl, head of the Science Visualization Lab at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, will unveil a new work created during her residency at NCEAS. "A Piece of Systems Ecology" will include video and interactive components with evidence of Martina's impressions from NCEAS resident researchers and the Santa Barbara area. This event is free and open to the public! Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. September 5th | 5-8pm |1021 Anacapa Street 3rd floor | 805-893-2500

2023 Artists in Residence Exhibition
Contemplate the Intersection of art and science with the exhibit of the final works of UC Santa Barbara's National Center of Ecological Analysis and Synthesis' 2023 Artists in Residence, muralist Leila Youssefi and textile artist Bonnie Peterson.
